Beautiful  - The location is excellent, it is uphill and surrounded by mountains and trees, very peaceful and quiet.

The spa is very nice, you get to use the spa for an hour daily, and that includes the sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi. You can also get massages, face treatments and nail and hair services at a cost. Afroditi is excellent, very polite and friendly person.
Breakfast is included and it is excellent, very fresh bread and croissants and a wide variety of options.
In general, customer service is outstanding.
Our experience was excellent, however there is always room for improvement and here are some suggestions:

1. I’m not sure if that is the case for all the rooms, but definitely ours needs an extra hanger for the towels.
2. There are way too many switches for the lights in the rooms, we could never figured it out 🙂
3. We had a coffee the day we arrived, and even though the coffee was excellent, we didn’t go back just because the place “didn’t inspire us”. The decoration/vibe of the second floor is not nice and not cozy at all. For example, some walls have this wallpaper, some others are plain white it really needs some love.

We arrived... read more as a family of two adults and 3 children to Pelion and stayed 5 nights at Tsagkarada at the 12 months Hotel.

Being a very frequent traveler all over the world, I must say this is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been in. It is located in a green, unique and beautiful forest up in the mountain, even if it is very hot during the day, you always feel cool. The room and the facilities are perfect, both for families and for traniqle Spa mood.

Food is so delicious!!!

Our three boys loved the swimming pool, the tennis and the kid's room that has all the facilities they need.

The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They help with anything you ask for. Especially big thanks to George and to Victoria - they made our stay so perfect!!!
