We are hiring talented professionals to join our culinary team:
Cook B’ & Cook C'
Duties:
Assist in the preparation and execution of recipes.
Perform basic cooking tasks (cleaning, cutting, grilling, boiling, etc.) according to the hotel’s standards.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely and proper delivery of dishes.
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas and equipment.
Assist in the quality control and storage of raw materials.
Support the kitchen during peak hours with speed and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Degree or diploma from a culinary school.
Basic knowledge of cooking and gastronomy techniques.
Ability to work in a team and under demanding conditions.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Employment Period:
October – April: Weekends & official holidays (Christmas, Easter, October 28th, Carnival, etc.)
May – October: Full season
