For the lovers of autumn, 12 months resort & spa organizes a 3-day trip to Tsagarada (3 days, 2 nights)

The trip starts from the hotel after breakfast at 10:00. Following the main cobbled street that for centuries connected the villages of East Pelion with the Pagasitic Gulf, we cross the square of Agia Paraskevi in Tsagarada, and proceed to a part of the village, making a small introduction to its history. After about 45 minutes of enjoyable hiking, we will leave behind the square of Agia Kyriaki and the site of Yimrouki and enter the legendary Kagiolia to end up at Rodies, from which we have an excellent panoramic view of Damouhari. (Here we can optionally approach Damouchari beach, which will add an elevation gain of about 150 meters to the route)

After a short stop, we will continue on the coastal path heading south. Passing by Agios Athanasios and the hidden schoolhouse with the magnificent sea cave (a seal sanctuary during the winter months), we will end our route at the beach of Fakistra.

Duration: 4.00 – 4.30 hours.

Then, you climb up to the point where a car will be located for your return.

The route is an ideal suggestion as it crosses mixed terrain, mountainous areas with rich forest vegetation, urban areas and parts of the magnificent coastline of eastern Pelion! You will need comfortable clothes and sports shoes, water container. Definitely a camera and if the day is sunny sunscreen and a hat!
